Identify the artwork source you expect

Artwork can come from a custom image, a qualifying folder's artwork for a new audio upload, or Traklist's default artwork.

Expected artwork states

• Custom artwork — An image you set on the exact file or folder.

• Inherited folder artwork — For a new eligible audio upload into a folder with custom artwork and Artwork Assignment set to Match Folder.

• Default artwork — The fallback when the item has no custom image and does not inherit folder artwork.

Folder artwork does not apply to non-audio files or to an audio file uploaded to My Library. Removing custom artwork returns the item to its default artwork.

Troubleshooting

If you expected inherited artwork on a new audio upload, check the destination folder's artwork and its Artwork Assignment setting.

When to contact support

If artwork still differs after you replace it on the exact item, contact support with the item name and the image you expected.
