Delete Account now shows what happens to your plan and your music before you decide. If you sign back in within 30 days, Traklist asks before your account is reactivated. This update also fixes exporting shared folders to Files and Reset Adjust in Audio Tools.

• Tell us about yourself — New accounts can answer two optional questions about what you do and where your music lives. Choose more than one answer, add your own with + Other, or skip.

Enhancements

• Account setup — Updated the name screen to use your Google or Apple name when available, with the option to edit it. New Google and Apple accounts now follow the same setup before continuing to your library, shared track or invitation. If the link or invitation is no longer available, you continue to My Library.

• Delete Account — Before you delete your account, Traklist shows what happens to your plan and your files, with the option to stay on Free or switch to Free and keep your music. You can tell us why you’re leaving, and the last step shows the date you can sign back in until to reactivate.

• Reactivate your account — If you sign back in within 30 days of deleting your account, Traklist asks before reactivating it and shows what happens to your plan. Choosing Cancel keeps your account scheduled for deletion.

• Shared links and collaborator access now pause while the owner’s account is pending deletion and return on reactivation. Copies other people saved as their own remain available.

• Confirmation emails explain your recovery window and subscription status.

Web Enhancements

• Notifications — Updated notifications with rounded styling, smoother resizing and scrolling stacks. Floating selection bars use a matching darker treatment.

• Navigation paths — Updated breadcrumb labels, separators and keyboard navigation across folders, shared links and Settings.

• File names — When Traklist assigns a name to avoid a conflict, it now appears straight away in the upload tray, folder lists, navigation path and player.

• Google sign-in now points you to Continue with Email when Google cannot verify your email.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed new files and folders being given conflicting names that differed only by capital letters. Conflicts now receive a numbered name, such as song (1).wav.

• Fixed expired account recovery preventing a fresh sign-up with the same email. After the 30-day recovery window, you can start again with a new account and an empty library.

Songs with a lossless listening copy now stream in full quality on iPhone, and new songs and folders start with a gradient cover that matches Traklist on the Web. Match Loudness turns songs down only as far as your target, can turn quiet songs up when their peak level is measured, and keeps working while you edit in Audio Tools.

Uploads now say more about what's happening. Songs still uploading stay put when their folder moves, and Editors and Admins can save Audio Tools edits in folders shared with them.

Additions

• Lossless playback — Songs with a lossless listening copy stream in their own lossless format. Playback starts right away, and jumping ahead in a long song keeps playing.

• Update Traklist — When your version of Traklist is too old to keep working, the app asks you to update and opens the App Store.

• Opus uploads — You can now upload Opus files (.opus and .oga).

Enhancements

• Gradient covers — New songs and folders get one of 20 gradient covers, matching Traklist on the Web. The cover shows right away, even while a song is waiting to upload, uploading or offline. With Match Folder Artwork on, new songs share their folder's gradient, and a recording made over a song keeps that song's gradient.

• Match Loudness — Loud songs are turned down exactly to your target. Quiet songs are turned up only when Traklist has measured the song's peak level, so they don't distort. Match Loudness also keeps working while you change pitch, tempo, Reverse, EQ or Mono in Audio Tools, and shows when a song is silent or too loud to match.

• Save New Version — The new version keeps Mono and your Match Loudness target.

• Artwork picker — Your uploads, Previously Used and the gallery load at the same time, so the picker opens faster. Gradients you've used before can be picked again from Previously Used.

• Upload status — A file stays in Processing for as long as Traklist is preparing it, instead of showing Sync Failed after a while.

• Files Traklist can't accept — The row shows the reason, such as a file over the size limit. Retry is hidden when sending the same file again won't help, and you can still export or delete it.

• Offline downloads, the recording backing track and document previews refresh their file links when needed, so they keep working after a link expires.

• On folders with Backdrop or Lava, upload and processing bars let the folder's color show through.

This update also redesigns password-protected folder links, keeps shared links in step with the owner’s settings, and fixes several sharing, search and playback issues.

• Audio Tools — Open Audio Tools from the player to change how a track plays without touching the original file. Change pitch up to 12 semitones either way and tempo from 50% to 150%, separately or together with Varispeed, or play the track in Reverse. Shape it with a three-band EQ over a live spectrum, solo a band to hear it alone, and find Match Loudness and Mono in the Output tab. Audio Tools also works in Compare.

• Save New Version — Save your pitch, tempo, Reverse and EQ changes as a new 24-bit WAV file in the folder you choose. Available for files you own.

• Password-protected links — A protected folder link now opens on a single lock screen. Enter the password and the artwork glides into place as the folder opens.

• Shared links — Open shared links now follow the owner’s settings. Within about a minute of the owner turning off downloads, Save and Download disappear. If the owner turns off the link, it closes and playback stops, as on Web.

With multi-layer recording, gapless A/B Compare, lossless playback, Stereo Scope, loudness analysis, BPM and key detection, advanced search with search history, custom sorting, folder layouts, multi-select drag and drop, and reorder, Traklist now gives you deeper insight and more control across every file.

We also added faster access to notes from the audio player, Offline Mode, real-time share analytics for views, plays, and downloads, custom artwork with a built-in photo editor, favorites, and 2FA security.

• Backdrop — a new per-folder color theme. Open a folder’s Styles menu and switch on Backdrop to wrap that folder in a deep, immersive color drawn from its artwork. The color flows across the folder background, the track list, and the audio player, so each folder reads as its own space. Pick any hue from the color picker, and your recent colors are saved for quick reuse. Every folder keeps its own Backdrop, independent of the others.
