Shared gathers everything you share and everything shared with you.

The three tabs

• Public links — every item you gave a public link, with how it is performing.

• Collaborators — every person you invited to a folder.

• Shared with me — every folder someone else invited you to.

Public links

• On Web the table shows Name, Views, Plays, Downloads, and Date Created.

• Select several links and delete them together. Deleting revokes access for anyone holding those links.

Collaborators

• On Web the table shows Name, Role, Status, and Invited.

• Status is Pending, Active, or Declined.

• Choose Resend on a pending invitation, or Remove to end someone's access.

• When nobody has been invited yet, Traklist says nobody is here yet and suggests inviting someone to a folder.

Shared with me

• On Web the table shows Name, Shared by, Role, and Invited.

• Use Show In Location to open a folder where it sits, or Leave to give up access.

• On iPhone, a pending row offers Join and Decline; a folder you already joined offers Open Folder and Leave.

• When nothing has been shared with you, Traklist says so and explains that invitations will land there.

Troubleshooting

If a folder you expected is missing from Shared with me, check whether you declined the invitation or left the folder; either way the owner needs to invite you again. If a link is missing from Public links, it may have been deleted rather than disabled.
