Notifications is where folder invitations and collaboration activity arrive.

Open Notifications

• Open Notifications from the navigation. A marker shows when something is unread.

• Switch between All and Unread to narrow the list.

• When there is nothing to show, Traklist says you have no notifications.

What you are notified about

• Someone invites you to a folder.

• Someone joins a folder.

• Someone leaves a folder.

• Someone declines an invitation.

Note — Everyone invited to a folder receives their own invitation, whatever role they are given. Activity in a folder is reported to its Owner and Admins.

Act on an invitation

• An invitation offers Join and Decline in the notification itself, so you do not have to open the folder first.

• Once you answer, the buttons are replaced by the outcome.

• If the folder is gone, Traklist says the folder is no longer available and the invitation cannot be accepted.

Troubleshooting

If an invitation is not in Notifications, check Shared under Shared with me, and confirm the invitation was sent to the address you are signed in with. If a notification points at a folder you can no longer open, your access was removed or the folder was deleted.
