Playback requires a finished audio file with an available source.
Check that the file is ready to play
Only a finished audio file with a playable source can start playback. A file that is still processing, a non-audio file, or a failed upload will not play.
Wait for processing to finish before trying again. A missing waveform or audio result does not by itself mean the file cannot play.
Try the recovery step for your surface
On Web, make sure you are connected to the internet, reload the page, and try the file again. Web audio support can vary by file format.
In the iPhone app, reconnect to the internet, return to the file, and try it again. A locally available audio file can play without an online connection.
If the file has not completed
If the upload shows an error in the iPhone app, use its visible Retry action. Check the original audio file and try the upload again if it still cannot finish.
When to contact support
If one finished audio file still will not play, contact support. Include the original filename and format, whether it fails on Web, in the iPhone app, or both, and any error message you see.
