Changes in My Library or a folder can save successfully before the same space refreshes on another surface.

Refresh My Library or the affected folder

Traklist does not continuously update My Library or folders on your other device. A change can save successfully but still look stale until you refresh the specific space where it appears.

  • Confirm both devices are signed in to the same Traklist account.

  • Confirm the original action finished. For a new file, wait for uploading and processing to finish.

  • In the iPhone app, go to My Library and pull down to refresh it. For a folder change, open that folder and pull down to refresh it.

  • On Web, reload My Library. For a folder change, reload that folder's page.

  • If you moved an item, refresh both its original and destination folders.

What syncs and what stays on one device

  • Files, folders, and edits supported on both surfaces should appear on Web and in the iPhone app after you refresh My Library or the affected folder. Web-only features, including Tags, do not appear in the iPhone app.

  • Your current playback, queue, Compare selection, and player controls do not hand off between devices.

  • Offline copies are specific to the device where they were made available.

When to contact support

If My Library or a folder still differs between Web and the iPhone app after you refresh that space on both surfaces, contact support. Include the item name, the affected space, the action performed, the approximate time, and what each surface shows.
