Recent Activity is a Pro Insights feature for files and folders you own. It turns aggregate counts into a readable feed of recent views, plays, and downloads.

Read a feed item

A feed item shows the type of activity and when it happened. Play activity can also show how many plays were grouped together and the average completion for those plays.

Understand grouping and limits

Traklist groups the same type of activity from the same participant or device within a day, so one person repeatedly playing a track does not become a noisy list of separate rows. The feed is limited to the 250 most recent activity groups.

Know the plan boundary

On Free, Recent Activity shows an upgrade preview instead of your account's actual activity. Overview and Performance Over Time remain available.

Troubleshooting

If Recent Activity shows an upgrade preview, confirm the account has Pro. Refresh Insights if a new event has not appeared yet.
