Understand what is included

Folder Insights includes activity on the folder, its direct files, and its direct child folders. It does not roll activity up from deeper nested folders. Audio files and folders can show Plays; an individual non-audio file does not show the audio-only Plays tab or its related cards.

Know your plan boundary

All plans can use the live Overview and Performance Over Time. Recent Activity is a Pro feature; on Free, it shows an upgrade preview instead of the account's actual activity.
