Search across My Library and all your folders by name, or search only the folder you have open.
Search across My Library and folders
On Web, choose Search in the header. On iPhone, open the Search tab.
Account-wide search finds files and folders across My Library and all your folders, including nested folders. Results match names without regard to capitalization.
Search does not look inside file contents or match notes, BPM, key, or tags as text.
Search inside a folder
Use the folder's search control when you want to search that folder's immediate contents only. On Web it reads Search in [folder name]; on iPhone it reads Search in folder.
Folder search does not include subfolders. Use account-wide search when the item may be nested deeper. See Search inside a folder for the full workflow.
Narrow results on Web
Web global search includes filters for Type, audio Format, BPM, Key, and Tags. Type choices are Audio, Projects, MIDI, Folders, Images, Documents, ZIPs, and Presets.
Choose Audio before filtering by Format. BPM and Key apply to audio files.
Tags are a Web-only Pro feature. When searching by multiple tags, Traklist returns items with every selected tag.
The iPhone Search tab does not include global-search filters.
Use recent searches
Before you type, Web and iPhone show recent searches. Use Clear All to remove them.
Recent searches stay on the surface where you made them; they do not sync with your account. Web keeps up to 20 recent searches, and iPhone keeps up to 10.
Troubleshooting
Confirm the item is in My Library or one of your folders. Account-wide search does not include items shared with you.
Try account-wide search instead of a folder search, and search for the file or folder name.
