Recover account access

Start with the same provider or email method you normally use, then complete any required verification.

Important to know — Traklist support will never ask for your password, a reset link, an authentication code, or a recovery code. Do not share them with anyone.

Choose the sign-in method you normally use

Use the sign-in method that matches how you created your account.

  • If you use an email and password, choose Forgot Password? and enter your account email address.

  • If you normally sign in with Google or Apple, choose that provider on the sign-in screen instead of requesting a password reset.

  • Email codes can be used as an alternative to a password.

Reset an email-and-password account

You can request a password-reset email from Web or the iPhone app. Open its reset link on Web, set your new password there, then return to Traklist to sign in.

  • Choose a new password with at least eight characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, a number, and a symbol.

  • If a reset link has expired or was already used, request a new one.

Complete two-factor authentication

A password reset does not bypass two-factor authentication. After password sign-in, use the email or authenticator code requested.

  • If you cannot use your authenticator, choose Use a Recovery Code. Each recovery code works once.

When to contact support

If you still cannot sign in, contact support with the email address on the account, the sign-in method you normally use, and where the process stops.
