The available account-security controls depend on whether you sign in with a password or another method.

Change your email address

On Web, open Settings, choose Manage Account, then Email. In the iPhone app, open Settings, choose Account, then Email. Enter a valid email address that is not already used by another active Traklist account.

Change your password

On Web, open Settings, choose Security, then Password. Enter your current password, a new password, and its confirmation.

In the iPhone app, open Settings, then Account. The Password option appears only for accounts using email-and-password sign-in. If you use another sign-in method, manage password sign-in from Security instead.

Keep a second way to sign in

Traklist prevents you from turning off password sign-in when it would leave your account with no other sign-in method. Set up a passkey or another available sign-in method first.

Troubleshooting

If the Password option is unavailable, confirm the account uses email-and-password sign-in. Set up a second sign-in method before disabling password access.
