Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation and permanently removes your data after 30 days.

Important to know — Deleting your account is permanent. Your data is removed after 30 days, and signing in within those 30 days reactivates the account; after that, it cannot be recovered.

Before you delete

Account deletion does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel a Web subscription from Settings, then Subscription, or an App Store subscription through Apple's subscriptions, before you delete your account.

Start account deletion

On Web, open Settings, choose Manage Account, then Delete Account, and confirm. In the iPhone app, open Settings, choose Account, then Delete Account, and acknowledge the deletion notice before continuing.

What happens next

Traklist signs you out and marks the account for deletion. Your data is permanently deleted after 30 days. If you sign in during those 30 days, you can reactivate your account and regain access.

Troubleshooting

If you cannot delete the account, confirm you are signed in and complete the confirmation steps. Cancel any active subscription separately.
