Set up and use a passkey

A passkey replaces password entry with the secure authentication already available on your device.

What a passkey does

A passkey lets you sign in using the secure sign-in method on your device or Web instead of typing a Traklist password. It is available on Web with compatible WebAuthn support and in the iPhone app.

Set up a passkey on Web

On Web, open Settings, choose Security, and turn on Passkey. WebAuthn asks you to create the passkey. The option appears only when WebAuthn is supported.

Set up a passkey in the iPhone app

In the iPhone app, open Settings, choose Security, and turn on Passkey. Follow the iPhone system prompt to create it.

Use it to sign in

At the sign-in screen, choose Sign in with Passkey and approve the request on your device.

Note — Traklist will not let a passkey become your only usable sign-in route. Before you remove another method, make sure a second sign-in option is available.

Troubleshooting

If Passkey does not appear, confirm WebAuthn is supported or try again in the iPhone app. Keep another sign-in method available.
