Surface notes

• On Web, Dropbox import can bring in any non-video file, including extensions outside this index. That is a Web import behavior only — it does not make those files eligible for audio features, and device uploads on both surfaces still follow this index.

• AC3 (.ac3) is accepted by the iPhone uploader. It is not included in the Web file picker's format list.
