Here’s where to find the main destinations and actions on each platform.

Main destinations on Web

• Home gives you quick access to Recordings, plus Recently Played and Recently Created.

• My Library is the root of your library. Open folders to move through your folder structure.

• Favorites collects files and folders you've favorited.

• Shared lists the share links you created. It does not include files or folders shared with you.

• Search finds files across your library without browsing the folder tree.

• Your profile avatar in the bottom-left corner opens your account and settings. On narrow screens the navigation collapses into a menu, but the avatar remains at the bottom.

Note — Offline is not available on Web.

The Web Create New menu

Choose Create New near the bottom of the navigation rail.

• Upload Files adds selected files to the current destination.

• Upload Folder lets you select and upload a folder from your computer.

• Create Folder makes a new folder in the current destination.

• Import from Dropbox lets you browse Dropbox and import files or folders into your current location. When no folder is open, they are imported into My Library.

Main destinations on iPhone

• Home is the hub, with quick access to Recordings, Shared, and Offline for Pro members, along with Recently Played and Recently Created.

• Favorites collects files and folders you’ve favorited. Open it from the bottom navigation bar.

• My Library returns you to the root of your library.

• Search finds files across your library and can take you to the folder containing a result.

• Create New is the white button in the center of the bottom navigation bar. Tap it to open Upload, Folder, and Record actions for your current location.

Useful tips

• Press and hold Create New on iPhone to open Record directly. You will feel stronger haptic feedback when the shortcut activates.

• On Web, drag files from your computer into Traklist instead of opening the file picker.

• On Web, drag an existing library item onto a folder to move it.

• Your current location determines where new content is added. Create New and upload actions use the folder you are viewing, or My Library when no folder is open.

The player stays with you

On Web, the player stays visible at the bottom while you browse.

On iPhone, playback appears in a mini player that can expand into the full-screen player.

Where settings live

On Web, click your profile avatar in the bottom-left corner, then choose Settings. From there, you can access Profile, Security, Privacy, Subscription, Storage, Tags, Display, Email Preferences, About, and What’s New.

On iPhone, tap your profile icon on Home to open Settings, where you can manage your account, storage, playback, recording, security, privacy, and subscription.
