Plan Capacity measures cloud storage, while Offline Storage measures files and cache kept on your iPhone.

Find your Plan Capacity

On Web and in the iPhone app, open Settings, then Storage. Plan Capacity shows how much Traklist storage your account is using.

Know your plan limit

• Free includes 2 GB of storage.

• Pro includes 3 TB of storage.

If you reach the limit

Delete files you no longer need or upgrade to Pro before adding more storage. Traklist does not use a file-count limit.

Understand Offline Storage in the iPhone app

In the iPhone app, Offline Storage is separate from Plan Capacity. It shows locally downloaded files and cache on your device. Deleting offline files frees iPhone storage; it does not delete the cloud version of those files.

Troubleshooting

If storage is full, remove files you no longer need or upgrade to Pro. Clearing Offline Storage does not reduce Plan Capacity.
